Guests have access to both communal barbecue and laundry facilities. Phillip Island is located 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne and the Oak Tree Lodge in Rhyll is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil English garden setting. There is also a BBQ outside and you will find a large double carport with a concrete drive-way all the way to the street which allows parking for an additional 3-4 vehicles or a boat. Timber dining setting and chairs as well as an outdoor timber setting on the upstairs balcony/deck area. There's also a glass aluminium dining table on the downstairs deck with aluminium café chairs. The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboards and stone benchtop, well equipped with the latest induction cooktop and electric oven with 2x of microwaves, 2x toasters, kettle and a refrigerator. The downstairs living area has a quality foosball table with a fully licenced arcade machine (stand up Neo Geo style) - NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE There is also a carport with room for parking vehicles. This is a newly renovated very well presented and clean holiday home perfect for your next family holiday, getaway, weekend away or any other event. PRICING: - The pricing is only a guide and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, school holidays, occasion for booking and total number of people. - Current pricing listed is based on 10 guests only. PARTIES & EVENTS: - Parties and events need to be notified when making enquiries LINEN & TOWEL HIRE: - Linen can be hired at an additional $400 and towels at an additional $200 for the whole stay if required.
