Chalet Neva Baqueira is a charming chalet in the heart of the famous Pleta de Baqueira, lovingly decorated in typical "Val D'Aran" style. It is located in front of the private shuttle services to Baqueira Beret. Stylised by the original owners, it is a place of charm, peace and encounter with the spirit of the Pyrenees. It can sleep 8 people with two bathrooms but for more comfort, a family with up to three kids, is ideal. For more questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We discovered the Val D'Aran 40 years ago and have spent the best part of our holidays amongst these enchanting mountains, either skiing or hicking during the summer months. Avalon 1 Villa 22 is a spacious 4 bedroom villa located in a peaceful and secluded area. The property is in the ideal spot for those seeking a truly quiet and relaxing holiday, short drive from local amenities, beaches and restaurants. As you enter the property you will find the open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, wireless internet and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, extractor hood and microwave. The dining area features a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 6. From the open plan living and dining area the glass patio doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The terrace area is equipped with garden chairs and a table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. On the ground floor, you will also find a modernly furnished bedroom with double bed and guest bathroom. To the front of the villa you will find uncovered parking for up to 2 cars. Moving up to the next floor, you will find three more spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. One bedroom feature twin beds, second one has double bed and the main master double bedroom offers an en-suite shower room. Large patio doors from the master bedroom lead out to a balcony. Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. Beach and bath towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. All latest amenities, and within 10-15 minute drive to Paphos town and the beach area. We will send check-in instructions a few days in advance before arrival. We are available when needed. Also, the guest will find the welcome information, general information about the property, entertainment and pastime in Paphos. Avalon 1 Villa 22 is located in Emba Village. Emba is a traditional Cypriot village, peaceful and quiet area. It is one of the largest villages of Paphos and is spread over a wide area that borders not only Paphos but the villages of Mesogi, Tremithousa, Tala, Kissonerga and Chloraka. It is said that the name Emba means "enter", this is possible that the name was given because it is built at the entrance of Paphos that is the edges of the city, through which the travelers from the north, northwest and west came in. In the center of the village you will find a new Greek Orthodox Church built near to the old one. The church is dedicated to the apostle Andreas (St Andrew) and on his name day, 30th November, the village holds a religious festival within the church grounds. The village is charming with it's winding roads and lemon, orange and nectarine groves. Agriculture is the main industry of the area and as well as citrus fruits there are also peaches. Emba has a few shops and tavernas dotted along the narrow winding road that runs through the village. In the evening the local men can be seen sitting outside and often spilling out onto the narrow roads on their wooden chairs. The added bonus to choosing Emba is that in only minutes you can drive to Chloraka or Paphos Old Town to find all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, petrol station, plus tavernas and bars for entertainment. Paphos main town and Paphos Harbour area are only 15 minutes drive. Taxis are regularly available and are reasonably priced. Nearest small supermarket is located only 2 minutes drive (1,3 km) from the property. -Security is on site from 5pm till 5am -In High season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. -No parties are allowed in the property & no loud music and nо loud activities outside after 11pm. -No confetti and no hanging decoration should be placed on the walls. -The property is in a residential area and should be treated as a home -All bedding and towels are included -Electricity is included in the price for accommodation. -No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties. -All garbage should be removed from the property and placed in the outside bins provided. -Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber. The neighborhood This apartment is located just across Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores. Other things to note All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. HOLT’s professional cleaning service follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance with the help of CDC’s guidelines and our in-house experts. The cleaning service is also available for mid-stay cleanings. This is a pet-friendly property. Prior to arrival, we will collect a 50 Eur sanitation fee per pet and a 200 Eur security deposit which is refundable after your check out when our cleaning staff confirms everything is ok. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our cleaning team may be subject to a fee.

L'arredamento è fatto a mano, il soffitto con travi in legno originali, il bagno è di nuova ristrutturazione e la cucina ben accessoriata. Wifi disponibile. Riceverete una mappa fotografica con le indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento. All'interno dell'appartamento è a disposizione per consultazione un quaderno con tutte le informazioni su treni, ristoranti ecc. La casa tipicamente ligure è situata nel centro del borgo, nel quartiere storico vicino alla chiesa dal cui piazzale si ammira un panorama mozzafiato. Collegata alla via principale ma in una corte isolata lontana dai rumori. Dalla marina e dalla stazione bisogna percorrere una breve salita facilmente percorribile anche con un bagaglio su ruote e dei gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento. Riomaggiore è ben collegata con le altre perle del parco delle 5 Terre tramite linea ferroviaria. Da qui partono inoltre sentieri di trekking. L'alloggio è situato a 5 minuti dalla piccola caletta di Riomaggiore con spiaggia in ciotoli, dove fare bagni e prendere il sole. Possibilità noleggio canoe e barche con skipper per escursioni nel parco marino, in alcuni periodi dell'anno cooking class o degustazione vini.

Wonderful newly refurbished detached 2-bed cottage in Elie, on the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. With private garden, and just 400 yards from the Elie beach, this is a wonderful holiday location. (Short term licence no. FI00035F). Helena Cottage is a lovely 2-bedroom detached cottage located in the picturesque village of Elie. See our Helena Cottage walk through video on YouTube. Located at the Earlsferry end of Elie, it is in a quiet location just off Links Rd next to the golf course. It is just a two minute walk from the award winning blue flag sandy beach and the well regarded 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant. It is an ideal holiday base for couples and families alike to enjoy Elie & all that Fife has to offer. The cottage is fully double-glazed (EPC C rated), has free wifi, and comprises open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with extendable dining room table & chairs and wooden flooring. The contemporary fitted kitchen includes a new gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, new fridge with freezer compartment, and all the new crockery/glasses and kitchenware you could need for your stay. The lounge is also very comfortable, with a 4-seater corner sofa bed (can sleep 1), wall mounted freeview TV, and DAB radio. Off the hallway is the double bedroom, through which you access the adjoining twin bedroom - both are well furnished, with alarm/clock radio and hairdryer in main double bedroom, and wall-mounted TV with built-in DVD player in the twin bedroom. Also off the hall is the refurbished bathroom, with excellent shower. Patio doors open out to the small sheltered courtyard garden, with table and chairs for relaxing in the sun - a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Elie's typically sunny weather. Laundry facilities are provided, with washer/dryer machine in the utility store, iron/board/hi-dri available and outdoor washing line. The property also has a travel cot and high-chair available on request. The cottage is all on the ground level and located down a short gravel footpath, so offers a nice quiet stay, suitable for all ages. Dogs/pets welcome by arrangement, and subject to an additional fee of £25. If you would like to bring your dog/pet, please advise this in inquiry, so that can amend quote accordingly. Elie has a lot to offer - golf, tennis, putting, library, bowling, bike hire, watersports centre, beach activities, coastal walks including the famous "chain walk" and of course there are a number of wonderful local restaurants, cafes and pubs. As well as nearby St Andrews which is only a 20 minute drive away. Elie is a perfect location for exploring the East Neuk of Fife. The cottage and garden area are all yours during the stay. Access to keys is through a coded keybox - for security of other guests, the code will be provided one week before your stay. The property is self-contained and has everything you should need - including a folder of local info and instructions for all appliances should you need them. However, I'm contactable on mobile if any problems during the stay, and our housekeeper is local in case of any emergencies. Helena Cottage is wonderful for a holiday - a great sandy beach a few hundred yards away, golf, walking and watersports. The nearby Pavilion has tennis & bowling, and is one of several nearby restaurants. It is also well situated for trips to other places including St Andrews and Edinburgh, There are bus services through Elie and Earlferry, but having a car is best mode of transport. Nearest airports are Edinburgh and Dundee airports, and nearest train station is in Cupar. Access is down a 40-yard gravel path - while the path and house are all on one level and would be suitable to those with limited mobility, it is not really suited to wheelchair access. Changeover day is Saturday, so weekly bookings start/end on Saturday unless by alternative arrangement. Part-week bookings are available off peak, and usually either start or end on a Saturday. The property has a travel cot & mattress and high chair available for you to set up and use (in outhouse) - pls bring own cot linen if wish to use this. Linen is available for the corner sofa bed should your group need it.
