Located in Stoke-on-Trent, just a 10-minute walk to the Regent Theatre and City Centre where you can catch a 25-minute bus to Alton Towers. We would be delighted to welcome you to our stylish and ideally-located house in Stoke-on-Trent. We aim to provide guests with a great home-from-home experience during their time in Stoke. Ideal for business trips and contractors, as well as families and groups that are visiting the city or Alton Towers (just 20 minutes away). The Spaces Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, sliding wardrobe and a personal ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and sliding wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is the smaller of the bedrooms but is still double. There is a large cupboard just on the landing for the guest in bedroom 3 to store their belongings. Living Areas - The downstairs area in the property is one large, open-plan room consisting of two lounge areas with patio doors, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. In the main lounge area, you will find a super-comfortable corner settee, as well as a TV that comes with Freeview. The second lounge area is home to a sofa bed and is great to sit at in the summer with the patio doors open. Kitchen & Dining - The kitchen and dining area gives you the choice of whether you want to eat out or stay in and cook. We have provided you with everything you will need to be able to cook most meals, including a little book with some of our favourite recipes. The kitchen facilities include Oven, Gas hob, Sink, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Large Fridge/Freezer and plenty of storage. There is also a breakfast bar to sit at. In addition to this, there is a good-sized oak dining table for you to socialise and enjoy your meals at. Bathrooms - The house has 3 bathrooms/WC's in total. A convenient toilet is located just off the living area downstairs. There is a main family bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms. This consists of a bath and shower. Finally, there is an ensuite shower-room in Bedroom 1. The showers have good pressure and warm up quickly. Parking - We have a designated parking space for 1 vehicle, however, there is plenty of space available on the pavements in the estate. Garden - We have a nice little grassed-garden area, great for BBQs and relaxing out in the summer. Please note that garden furniture is only available upon prior-request and approval. Check-in to the property at any time (after 3 pm) with our secure and streamlined self-check-in system. The morning of your stay you'll receive an email with an access code, as well as information on how to get to the property. We have an instant messenger service for you to easily get in touch throughout your stay to ask any questions you may have. We like to give you space and privacy during your stay, however should you need us in person, we can generally always be at the property to help you out within 30 minutes. We also have an in-stay app which provides you with details, instructions and videos of how to get the most out of the house; from how to access Netflix on the smart TV, through to guidance with the washing machine. Our house is located right next to the busy Stoke-on-Trent city centre, also known as Hanley. You quickly forget this, however, due to the quietness and stillness of this clean and modern estate that carefully pays homage to Stoke-on-Trent's pottery past, through two revived pottery towers in the centre of the estate. The property comes with one designated private parking space, with plenty of additional space to park on the streets. The city's main bus station, Hanley Bus Station, is just a short 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) away, with frequent busses to all parts of the city, as well as regular buses to Alton Towers Theme Park.
