Our home is professionally cleaned and all linen is expertly laundered. Digital check in available. This newly renovated classic Småland manor house of about 200 sqm has a fantastic interior design. With a large sitting area with sofa and comfortable chairs downstairs by the fire place, and a large TV area with plenty of seating upstairs, there is space for everyone. The substantial and large country kitchen is fully equipped with ample quantities of everything you need to enjoy your stay. We have all the kitchen hardware you might require including dishwasher, oven, kettle, pots, pans, dishware, and cutlery. We also have some spices and olive oil for your use. We are confident you will feel at home. The dining table comfortable fits eight people, with plenty of standing room, and food preparation area to spare. The bedrooms are warm and tastefully decorated. With brand new beds and spotless linen, you will be sure to have a wonderful night's sleep here. The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are warm and spacious. The large upstairs bathroom has new separate clothes washer and a cloths dryer, as well as a drying rack for those items you want to dry naturally. The house is very well insulated and has excellent heating. Everything is automated with Google Nest, so you just have to say, "Hey Google, set the temperature to 21 degrees" and it will happen without you having to do any work. You will have the entire property to yourself. I am always available by phone if you have any questions. Lindhult is located in southern Sweden in one of the most beautiful and natural parts of the country. Away from neighbours and the city, this property is idyllic. There are plenty of natural walks in the area and if you like picking wild berries and mushrooms, you will be very satisfied. There is ample vehicle parking on the property. The road leading to the property is solid and accessible with any two or four-wheel drive. We are located at Lindult 1231, Strömsnäsbruk. Our home is the double story, yellow building that can be seen from the main road. If you type “Lindhult 1231” into Google maps you will get the right directions. The property is large, well maintained, recently renovated, and professionally managed. You will have a great time here and find everything you need. Please let me know in advance if there is anything we can do to make your holiday, or work business retreat a success. The house and forest are a peaceful retreat and no parties are allowed. This house is well maintained and kept clean for you, and for my family when we stay here. There is cleaning equipment in the house and you are welcome to use it. Please enjoy our home. The no-smoking rule applies to all parts of the home, including the entrances and any area within 50 meters of the barns or main house. In Sweden it is common for everyone to take their outdoor shoes off when entering a home. Please also take your shoes off inside our house. Only guests that have been included in the booking reservation are allowed on the property. This is important for us to know how many people will be staying, using the linen, and accessing the property. You can leave the rubbish in the kitchen and we will remove it for you after you check out. There is a green rubbish bin near the driveway entrance that can take non-recycle items. In Sweden, paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, and glass are all recyclable. Recycling is available in most towns if you want to remove it when you leave, otherwise our cleaning team will recycle for you.
