On the Lerici hills, in the locality of Pozzuolo, just two kilometers away from the famous Baia Blu, one of the most beautiful free equipped beaches in the area, and from Santa Teresa, a corner of the sea where it's possible to get close to the sailing but also to other water sports such as kayaking, SUP, windsurfing, diving, Casa Patriarca is located, a bright apartment that offers peace, serenity and a splendid view of the Gulf of Poets. The entrance is on an open space area provided with a wide living room with TV and a leather sofa and armchair and a well-equipped kitchen which leads to a large terrace furnished with seating furniture. Casa Patriarca has two bedrooms, one double with a double bed and one triple with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathrooms with shower and a toilet. A reserved parking space is available for guests. The strategic position of Casa Patriarca makes easier to visit every attractions of the area: Lerici and San Terenzo with their ancient castles but also Portovenere, the Palmaria island and the famous Cinque Terre, all reachable by ferries that leave directly from the marina of Lerici.
