Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi e amici pelosi (animali domestici). Antica area di lavoro per la produzione delle olive, trasformata in suggestivo appartamento, ampio 110 mq, è internamente suddiviso su due livelli. Al piano inferiore si trovano un ampio soggiorno caratterizzato dagli ingranaggi in pietra e castagno e stufa a legna, una comoda cucina con lavabo originale in marmo. Attraverso una scala in pietra antica si accede al piano superiore, dove si trovano due camere matrimoniali, una cameretta con due letti singoli, un bagno in marmo
con doccia, una piccola lavanderia e una piacevole terrazza con sdraio ed ombrellone. L’arredamento è molto confortevole e i mobili d’epoca si affiancano alla modernità di TV, forno, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e connessione internet. All’esterno, un particolare spazio verde attrezzato con un tavolo in marmo, sedie, sdraio consente di gustare un buon bicchiere di vino o un pasto circondati da alberi da frutto e dal piccolo ruscello che in passato attivava tutto il frantoio. Un posto auto a disposizione. Possibilità di ingresso indipendente dal giardino e di parcheggio pubblico. La casa fa parte di un antico frantoio, il più antico della Liguria di Levante. Collegata alla via principale ma in una corte isolata lontana dai rumori. Dalla marina e dalla stazione bisogna percorrere una breve salita facilmente percorribile anche con un bagaglio su ruote e dei gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento. Riomaggiore è ben collegata con le altre perle del parco delle 5 Terre tramite linea ferroviaria. Da qui partono inoltre sentieri di trekking. L'alloggio è situato a 5 minuti dalla piccola caletta di Riomaggiore con spiaggia in ciotoli, dove fare bagni e prendere il sole. Possibilità noleggio canoe e barche con skipper per escursioni nel parco marino, in alcuni periodi dell'anno cooking class o degustazione vini.

From an ancient olive mill of 1300 (of which there are still some features in one of the apartments, that make it unique) now 3 modern apartments for 6 pers. each, which have all modern comforts (TV Sat, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher) + antiques. In 1300 there used to be an ancient olive mill, where the apartments are today. A crystal water spring helped the movement of the heavy milling machines and mechanisms, that were used for the production of a delicious olive oil, produced with the olives that ripened under the sun on the hills nearby. The rebuilding was made with love and respect for the original style and features, so much that you can still admire inside of the building many of the peculiarities. Outside, expansive grounds are located in front of the olive mill, with tables and chairs for guests to have a drink or a meal surrounded by nature and peace.
