This very beautiful villa, with view of the putting green, is close to the La Nartelle vast fine sandy beach. The villa was renovated in 2012. It is a very spacious house with many bathrooms. Outside, you can find a large terrace where you can spend nice evenings with your family or with friends and a beautiful pool sheltered from view with beach chairs, for a relaxing sunbathing experience. The swimming pool is heated from April to October. The entrance is on the first floor. Vous pourrez profiter du Jacuzzi 5 places avec lumière et cascade 24/24 7/7 en face de la piscine + cuisine extérieure. Un séjour idyllique entre amoureux et reposant pour les personnes de passage ! A 5 minutes à pieds du village, 25 min de Sillans-La-Cascade, 45 minutes de la mer (st Maxime, Issambres), 40 minutes des Gorges du Verdon et 1h de St Tropez. Studio refait à neuf avec une grande terrasse privative donnant directement sur la piscine. WC, dressing, cuisine avec plaque et frigo (frigo, congélateur à l'extérieur en plus ainsi qu’une cuisinière). Canapé convertible 140 pour deux personnes avec matelas Simmons. Vous pouvez également mettre des tentes dans le jardin moyennant 30€/personne/nuit (il y a une salle de bain extérieur avec WC, douche, lavabo ainsi qu'un frigo/congélateur). Vous aurez à disposition le barbecue. Vous aurez la télécommande du portail électrique tout le long de votre séjour.
