We can offer early check-in only if you don't book on the same day as we live in Europe and cannot answer your request before middle afternoon, due to the time difference and the time to inform our manager who lives nearby. We are strictly following the Covid cleaning protocole from agoda but if you wish additional security, we can propose a complete desinfection of the house from a local professional (ethanol system) at an additional cost of P.3,500. Please let us know and we can arrange it right before your arrival. Please note that we offer you an allowance on your electricity consumption of 500 pesos per day. It should be enough to cover your electricity bill if you follow the following recommendations: Close the A/C when you are not in the house or when you leave the doors of the house opened during the day; do not turn the A/C too low and close the lights when you are not in the house. FYI, we spend a maximum of 300 pesos per day when we stay in the house. The electric meter will be checked with you upon arrival, and before departure. If the allowance is exceeded, you will be charged the difference (17 pesos per kwh).
