Near recreational sites like Mall of Asia (20km), Enchanted Kingdom (17km), Tagaytay (27km), Batangas (66km). The entire house is a modern bungalow but warmly decorated that makes it feel cozy and relaxing. There is a view of the golf course and one of its holes that is also entertaining. The house is in an exclusive subdivision and has an electric fence security feature which gives the guests safety. The guest has the whole house and its surroundings for the duration of their stay. Only please note that there's a staff house that is private for the caretaker and the storage room of the owners. Our guests may interact with using the agoda chat. The neighborhood is one of the most exclusive and secured subdivisions in Luzon and has a listing of prominent residents. The place is very near the subdivision's clubhouse. you may pin "The Orchard Village Clubhouse" on Maps or Waze. If the guest needs a car service, we may suggest a car rental service (with or without driver) upon request. Or book the local Cab service. We have provided an Info Folder some instructions on how to use the Golf Course and subdivision's amenities as our guest. We will soon add other useful information in that folder for services near the area such as car rentals and laundry services and deliveries. Also, the house has working security cameras around the vicinity and however the one within the living area are currently disabled to give our guests privacy. These are to ensure that your stay with us will remain safe and secured. The wifi is fiber connected at 60mbps.
