If you're looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway, Alfresco de Juan Guesthouse might just be the perfect spot for you. Our guesthouse offers two unique rooms - Casa Madera and Casa Piedra. This listing is Casa Madera, which is a cozy wooden cabin that features one queen size bed and its own private bathroom. The room is beautifully crafted with wood, giving it a warm and inviting feel. One of the highlights of this guesthouse is the rooftop deck, which offers stunning views of the mountains. Guests can also take advantage of the shared kitchen, available for rent . Please take note that the mountain view is best enjoyed at the roof deck rather than the room itself. And that's not all - guests can also enjoy unlimited brewed coffee during their stay. Our guesthouse is located near Loakan Airport, Baguio. - 15-25 minutes drive to the City Proper (SM City Baguio, Public Market, Session Road, Bus terminal, please consider traffic situation) If you're commuting, you'll be glad to know that taxis can drop you off right in front of our house. However, if you're planning to explore the town or other locations, you'll need to take a short 3-5 minute walk to access jeepneys and taxis. If you're planning on visiting us with your own car, we want to give you a heads up about the road leading to our guesthouse. While it's a short and scenic drive, the road can be steep in some areas. For this reason, we recommend avoiding bringing a lowered car as it may not be suitable for the terrain. We want your stay with us to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about getting here. We strive to ensure that your stay with us is not only comfortable but also stress-free. To manage your expectations and provide you with the best experience possible, we kindly ask you to take a few moments to READ through the following notes before making your booking 1. Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 noon Early check-in and late check-out will be charged Php 250 per hour, subject to room availability. ✅️ Early check-in is anytime from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Php 250 per hour. And it's subject to availability. ✅️ Late check-in is only allowed until 6:00 p.m. 2. The road leading to the guesthouse is known for its steep incline. It might be challenging for drivers who are not used to steep terrain. It's best for experienced and adventurous drivers. In addition, we suggest not bringing lowered cars as there is an approximately 50-meter rough road. If you're not confident in your driving skills or are uncomfortable with steep inclines and rough roads, we recommend considering alternative accommodations. 3. While you're exploring the area, you may come across a few pet dogs. But don't fret! These furry friends are friendly and won't bite. 4. There is a construction project in front of the house. But don't worry, Baguio City follows a noise curfew, which means that construction activities are limited to specific hours. This ensures that it does not interfere with our guests' rest and relaxation at night. 5. The mountain view is seen at the roof deck which is on the 3rd floor. 6. In case of unexpected power outages, a power station and emergency lamps are provided. 7. If you're commuting, taxis can drop you off right in front of our house. However, if you're planning to explore the town or other locations, you'll need to take a short 3 to 10-minute walk to access jeepneys and taxis. Don't worry though, we've got your transportation needs covered! We have contact numbers of reliable taxi drivers who can fetch you. But the rate is a little higher as the taxi meter starts from where the taxi comes from. 8. Dining is available on the roof deck. But you may also order via Food Panda or Grab. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am. 9. Alfresco de Juan Guesthouse is NOT a hotel, motel, lodge or condominium. Our staff is available from 8 am to 6:00 pm. Rest day on Monday or Tuesday. 10. The roof deck is an events venue, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. 11. LOCATION: 📌2-3 minutes away from the Airport 📌 8-10 minutes away from PMA 📌 8 minutes away from the Great Wall of Baguio 📌15 minutes away from the Lion's Head 📌10-15 minutes away from Camp John Hay 📌15-25 minutes away from the Central Business District (SM, Burnham Park, Bus terminal, Session Road, and Public Market) Please be aware that our property is located in Loakan Proper, Baguio City, and while we believe it offers unique advantages, we understand it might not be suitable for everyone. If you have concerns about the location and anticipate being dissatisfied, we kindly recommend exploring other accommodation options that better suit your preferences.
