NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED Smoking/vaping is not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $1000 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Please only ever smoke outside the premises in designated areas and thoughtfully dispose of cigarette butts. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITIES ALLOWED ON PREMISES No exception. All suspicious activity with be reported to the relevant authorities. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE Our properties may be located in buildings that use video surveillance in public areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. PETS ALLOWED One Pet is allowed, but please clean after your furry kids.
