This is 1 big house for 2 family, so you can use half of left side as private use. House has 2 entrance and door with lock is available in the middle of house. Here is calm and comfortable, safe area. Chita peninsula has all kind of breweries of important Japanese ingredient like sake, miso, soy sauce, vinegar. This is the reason Nagoya is well known as good food in Japan! In spring time, we have lots of traditional float festivals on weekend. That is one of our specialty. If you are with friends, or big family with kids, you can enjoy this room a lot. There are 2 hammocks and 2 hammock swings. Please just aware there is steep ladder to upstairs. There is projector, so you can watch movie with big screen with our collection of 30 DVDs. There are many books though most of books are written in Japanese. You can see lots of green from your window. You don't need to worry about late night as no other guests are around you. Up to 4 people will use this room, private toilet & shower room, small kitchen with living space. You can use instruments in music room as well. If you are more than 5 people, you can use art room as another bed room. Music room is for more than 7 people and hammock room is maximum 6 people. Please ask us more than 11 people as we can arrange. We can attend your check in if you come our opening hour till 8pm. Please come to the front desk via right door of same building. If you'll arrive later than 8pm or if our schedule doesn't fit, we will give you self check in instruction. I you are big group more than 8 people, you can use shared shower room in the same building as well.(you'll see if you come via right entrance door) -There is a baby bed, baby bath, baby car we can lend. Please let us know your baby age if you need. If you rent our car, we can prepare baby seat as well. -We can lend you BBQ set by 500yen for the group. Please buy grill net and charcoal at home center, Komeri. It's 5min. walk -rental bike is 500yen for 3h, 800yen for 1 day. We have 3 bikes. -We can provide Hookah Sheeshah experiences! You can enjoy a variety of hookah or Sheesha blends in a special chill-out room with a sofa. The cost of each bottle is 1000 yen and comes in a variety of flavors, such as fruit, sweet or minty! Each bottle lasts for 1.5 hours, and is best shared with friends! -Ako is professional tarot reader, if you want to try, she can see yours by 1000yen for 15min. as trial. If you want to see more, 1000yen extra/10min. There is a convenience store, family mart open 24h. At the same corner, there is mini mart, Welcia open till 12am. You can connect wifi in these shops. You can buy food, daily goods, most of things you need for staying are available. If you need more various food, there is a big supermarket with fancy goods shop(donki hote), 100yen shop(seria) near next train stop, Chita taketoyo station. There is a port of boats 5 min. away from our place. It's good to take a walk aound there. My place is 40-45 minutes directly from Nagoya station by Meitetsu train. Within 5 min. walk from Fuki station. -From Nagoya station, please take a Meitetsu train bounds for Utsumi or Kowa. It takes 40-45 min. by express or super express. You can come directly without any transfer. My place is 3 min. walk from Fuki station. -From Chubu airport, it takes 50min. by train because of transfer. We also have a car service and it takes 30 min. The fare is 2000yen till 2 people and 1000yen each more than 3 people. The fare is almost same as train. Please let me know your flight schedule if you need. The car service is only available from 10am and 8pm, so if your flight arrive before 7pm or leave after 12:30pm, we can help. *If you come by car, please inform me in advance. We'll let keep your parking space nearby. Please note we can't prepare on your arrival day. We have car rental. There are 2 type of car, 5 seats(1500yen) and 8 seats(2500yen). 1 day insurance is 1000yen per day. We can lend you ETC card, but GPS is not updated, so please use your mobile. You need to send us international driver's licence in advance. You can have fun in the house, but please remember not to be loud late at night. Please finish BBQ or fire works in the garden, play music before 9pm.
